Please complete the form below to request the deletion of your Mo Appz account. Before requesting account deletion, please note the following:

• Review Process: The Mo Appz administration will review your account after receiving your deletion request.
• Active Students: If you are currently enrolled, you are required to provide a reason for your deletion request.
• Access Revocation: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to the Mo Appz system.
• Permanent Deletion: Your account will be permanently deleted, but your academic records will be maintained.
